During my stay at the Spirit Mountain Ashram, I spent many days in silence. It was difficult to quite my thoughts. These recordings are a reflection of the state of mind I cultivated and worked hard to hold on to.                 This is a conceptual album and is intended to be listened to as a meditative journey
